5.1 View Parameters Inside and Outside the Model

Noticed this the other day in 5.1 that if you want to add a new View Parameter to your webpage that you have to add it from the main canvas.

I tried adding a new ViewParameter from inside the model and it would let me create it. But upon refreshing the page it would disappear. However, if I just add it from the main canvas and refresh the page in the model I can see it there.

*Edit: I didn't mean to say "deletes" in the image. but the parameter is no longer visible after refresh.
