DB Maintenance Features Revision

As of DesignTime Revision 2014 database maintenance has been updated to give the user more capabilities. There is now a Bulk Column Addition window to allow users to add in multiple columns quickly by allowing the user to enter in multiple columns in a csv format.

Also, implemented the ability for users to delete, modify, and add columns to existing tables.

With these changes comes a notification on promotion for users to confirm these changes and notify them that this could result in data loss.
