Cannot Get Time Zone Offset Via Date/Time Format

Cannot Get Time Zone Offset Via Date/Time Format

The date and time format string supports getting the time zone offset using the "z", "zz", or "zzz" format specifiers, but any attempts to use them always returns "+00:00" regardless of the time zone set.

This issue has been resolved in RunTime Revision 1198.
