WorkflowNotification is outdated

The workflow notification method comes in all new applications. needs some updating for latest easyprocess best practices

• Needs error handling. a boolean at the end which checks if any of the sendemail services returned exception
• a method output with Success and Message that is based on whether the sendemails failed
• EASYProcess ForEaches should be updated to LOOPs
• the binary decision named "Group" should be renamed to "Role"
• The 4 binary decisions should be changed for a switch
• The "PreValues" should be renamed "Variables"
