Lab - Objects not loading in workbench

I am trying to use the lab environment but when I add an item, I tried batch job, method, widget, and webpage, the item says it created successfully; however, when I click to go into it I get an exception. Below is the exception example that I got for the batch job.

For each of the other item types I got an inner exception for as well.
