Widget Table Properties Reset When Resizing

When increasing the size of the main table of a widget (marked in red), all of it's properties are being reset back to its initial values.
In contrast, increasing the size of any table controls (marked in green) keeps its properties intact.

For the text property of a label, I have unchecked "Html Encode" and "Translate". When I increase the size of any parent table though, both checkboxes are reset to checked.

This issue was fixed in a previous DesignTime revision.
