batch job in DV and QA does not run.

After triggering the batch job in DV and QA, the batch job was not finished also we didn't get any error message related to that.


As the initial investigation I have checked whether this batch job is enabled or not so it was enabled then I have checked in-step running so it was running in-step as shown below:

but till the batch job start service, I have checked the running status of the batch job is coming as false as shown below.

<Running>False</Running>
<WindowsProcessId>3624</WindowsProcessId>
</Result>

We need to run this batch job as automatically, can you please help with this?

Hello rpathak,

The backend did not have the BatchJob server set correctly so it was ending it early. I have reset the BatchJob server and have confirmed that it is now running correctly.
