MDM Array Widget Issues

We ran into an bug with how an array type field is displayed on a form.
- Problem: When the array widget is opened, the current widget title (EDITMDMFORMPROPERTYARRAY) is not readable.
Solution: Needs a readable title. Add spaces between the words.
- Problem: When the array widget is opened, it is not obvious that you need to first click the plus button.
Solution: One row is displayed by default when the widget is opened
- Problem: In the BP Lookup helper widget, there is no way to select an existing BP without knowing the BP value and entering it in manually.
Problem: When a a form field type is set to array and an icon is set as well, the icon is overwritten by the array icon.
Solution: Needs an icon for BP lookup helper widget for each value field
- Problem: When multiple values are selected in an array field, the values are displayed in XML.
Solution: Needs a table list (or something of the sort) to display the array of selected BPs in the form after the values have been set.
- Problem: The array widget does not give context to the parent form.
Solution: The widget should include the field name and description to give the user context for what the widget is for.
