Platform1, Platform2, and Platform4 will begin their upgrade at 10:00AM CST with an expected completion time of 3:30PM CST. Platform3 will begin its upgrade at 12:00PM CST with an expected completion time of 12:30PM CST.
On Wednesday July 26th, the PD environment for Platform1, Platform2, Platform3, and Platform4 will be upgraded to RunTime Revision 1236. Platform1, Platform2, and Platform4 will begin their upgrade at 3:00PM CST with an expected completion time of 3:30PM CST. Platform3 will begin its upgrade at 12:00PM with an expected completion time of 12:30PM CST.

- The Social Intent live chat widget now prefills the name and email fields based off the logged in user's saved information.

Revision 1236: ECC Alarm Timeout Fix
- ECC instances are being kept in the queue to be used after the alarm has determined it is timing out. Code has been added to send a proper disconnect message for the ECC instance that is timing out.
