DataDownload Exception Feedback

When working with the DataDownload service it can be difficult to know what the exception of the service is trying to convey. It would be helpful to have the exception feedback be expanded to give more information as to why it failed.

Here is a current example of exception feedback:

It is difficult to decipher which input string is incorrect, if one or many and why was the input string incorrect for this specific example.
