GetUDC With Key Filter Times Out

I'm having an issue with using a "GetUDC" service that further filters down the results with a keys filter.

What I have observed:
  1. When the values are not cached, the service times out.
  2. When I run the service without the keys filter, it works correctly and caches the values.
  3. Once cached, readding the keys filter works correctly.
Note: In case it matters, this is running through ECC.

This is how the service is configured:

RunTime Task 1332 has been created to resolve this issue.

This issue has been resolved as of RunTime Revision 1230.
