Drop down missing DisplayProgressLocation property

This is in base EC MVC Order History page

Could this property be added?
The drop down control seems to be missing "DisplayProgressLocation" property.
This is in base EC MVC Order History page
here it using the page level animation
in my apps, I change it to page level because the mouse location one will change the size of buttons and make it look inconsistent. also here it is not vertically centered, which isnt the best.
Could this property be added?
