Submethod output services

Working on easycommerce mvc. Not all Submethod output services are displayed in the model assistant when trying to select a node.
Tried deleting the submthod and dragging it again to the canvas, that was a temporary fix but I'm getting the same issue again.
Submethod output setup is as displayed below, tried adding a new name value which didn't work
