CleanInvalidXmlChars clearing out allowed special characters

CleanInvalidXmlChars clearing out allowed special characters

The CleanInvalidXmlChars service is cleaning characters that are allowed in XML. For instance "á" and "é". Below is an example of a CSV that has both of these characters removed after using the service:
