Edit Name Value Collection

Can an option be added to allow editing the descriptions of a name value collection record?

Without being able to edit them, they must be deleted and recreated which increases the chances for user error. Trying to add before deleting causes primary key errors, so they must be deleted first which also increases the chances for user error.
