GetStatusActionList service has no recommended output

to be able to drag a results node from the model, it needs to exist in the recommended value. this can be used to automatically create a list or a form.

we ran into this in training where it didnt have recommended output so it needs to be created manually

This issue has been resolved in the current version of EASYProcess 5.1.
