Workflow canvas thinks there is still a status there

We had a status "composing" on a workflow canvas, then deleted it. When we tried to add a new status, with the same name, it gave the error that it already exists on the canvas. Refreshed the page and then tried again and it worked.

This issue is resolved in DesignTime Revision 2556.
