using the select helper gives the right value

I tested again. this is specifically in the Value of a Where Clause in the inquire

$EP_EPUser_UserId double clicking
$EP_EPUser_UserId dragging
<xsl:value-of select="$EP_EPUser_UserId"/> using XSL helper
