Invalid Xml Debugging

I got an error of invalid xml. The logs show the service id that has the issue

But it's hard to find the actual service that has the invalid xml, as the services no longer tell me what the service id is, so I have to reach out to the internal team to lookup the service

I know 5.1 Classic showed it when you click on a service and look for it in the properties, but I'd like to have this in 5.1 MVC for debugging so I don't have to reach out to the internal team or go through each service to find the error

Task #11075 has been created to add more information about the service to the error. Name, Service Name, and Workshop Name.
