TranslationWe set up ECC Monitoring and wanted it to notify a specific email when it goes down. Filip was talking with Justin and I think this is not possible because it currently emails users. Can this feature be added?
The email we want to add is a mailbox that automatically opens issues when it receives emails. IT will then look into those issues.
Since users get emailed for user creation, tasks, passwords, etc, its not ideal that we just create a user with that email to get them on the email list.
