I am trying to set the authorization of a test user and I get this pop up.

You should be seeing that message. Your user has an Authorization Type of IDE_Developer which is not allowed to change or assign Authorization Type to users.

would we be able to have widgets that your not authorized to see show that without the template? when it shows like that it looks broken
