K-Rise Systems

The StreamFile service works fine when in a browser, but it does not seem to work in the EASYProcess mobile app. When the button is pressed, the screen just scrolls up to the top and the file is not downloaded. This is how it behaves on android and iphone.

Is there a way to get this to work?
