IDE Navigation Menu Revision

As of DesignTime Revision 2322 the IDE Navigation Menu will be added to the IDE and canvas pages for users to be able to easily switch between multiple page in EASYProcess.
There is a new icon in the top right of the IDE and canvases that will open up a page navigation menu for all pages opened off of a single IDE page. Note this does not include opening an IDE page from an IDE page.
