K-Rise Systems

there is a service OpenWindow which is meant to simulate opening a window from a hyperlink but from a button using the service. For my use, I needed it to open a new tab (target=_blank). I saw the property wasn't there as a parameter in the service. Can it be added?
I ended up just changing the design to use a hyperlink instead, but I think it would be useful so the service has all the same functionality as the hyperlink
