Batch Job repeat cant be set for 0 min

[BUG] In the batch jobs page, I needed to set up a batch job to run every hour. To do that I set it up to run Daily and put the repeat to 1 hr. But the drop down for minute doesnt let me select 0 minutes. That I think was just missed and needs to be added.
[HELPFUL TIP] Then as something helpful for others:
When I set up the batch job it was past midnight and I wanted it to run every hour for that day. So I set it to start at 1:15 and repeat every hour. However I noticed recently that each time it hits the new day, it stops repeating. So now there is a period from 0:00 til 1:15 where the batch job misses one run. To fix this I set it to start at 0:15.
