Redaction in OCR

Is there a way to redact/black out data fields when using the OCR service?
For example, is there a way to redact/black out the value of the "Account Number" field on a document that is set up in OCR?

Do you mean modifying the PDF itself? Currently the OCR service can only extract data and can't modify the PDF in any way.
