DeleteRequest not outputting NoOfRecordsDeleted

The Delete Database Service in my DeleteRequest submethod was not outputting the same results to the controller DeleteRequest as it was in the local submethod. The issue is the service returns in the recommended values on the left panel, as shown in figures below. Jeremy and Cathy mentioned it was likely a bug that needed to be posted here.
