In the case of the Calendar widget in the classic app. Shouldn't the format of the selected dates from the Calendar widget be based on the settings of the Tenant Admin by default because the format isn't selected? in AW I would have to change the settings of the user from its default page to change the calendar format; as in the screenshot below.
Also, when changing the settings for a specific user, shouldn't the format of the dates in the grid change as well based on what the user selects to be DisplayDate. The grid refers to the dates after merging the converted dates from JDEdate to DisplayDate format?

Currently we only have a user level display date property. If that is empty we base it on the user culture property. If that is empty is uses the servers, which is a bug because there is tenant level culture property as well which we should check first. Task #10200 has been created.
