Allow Configurable Service XML Template

When setting up the contents of a service dynamically, they no longer are selectable in assistant.
- It would be nice if a template could be defined if the XML structure is known but isn't being generated automatically by the assistant.
- Additionally, if a service is more dynamic in it's structure, then it would be useful if the structure of the last N executions is cached and referenceable.
