Checkbox Lists 5.1 Classic

Recreation steps:

Setup:
1. Create a checkbox list from a data source.
2. Create a button that runs a second separate data source.

Actions on page:
1. Load page
2. Check any number of boxes, then click button. (All checks are retain correctly)
3. Uncheck until all are unchecked, then click the button.
**When unchecking all from already checked boxes, then clicking the button, all boxes that were unchecked are reverted back to being checked when the button executes. This needs to retain all of the unchecks when all boxes are unchecked.
