Editing Service Parameters in XML Mode

Static or dynamic loop node parameter modes have clickable boxes for enabling the text area for editing. When setting a service to dynamic XML/XSL mode though, there's only a thin clickable line available to enable editing the text area. It makes it very easy to accidentally change modes instead of unlocking the text area.

We will expose a new phantom mode XML/XSL to address this. See below. A task 10313 is created. We will update his post when this is available in general release.
