Menu Management MVC

How do you add menu items to the horizontal menu on a web page i.e. Inquire dropdown shows workflow requests and I want to add other webpages being developed in application. See attached screen shot. Let me know thanks for the help.

Under the Setup menu header there is a link for Menu Manager. From there you can add new menu items and then drag and drop pages to then appropriate spot. From the left to the right.

Then to move an item up or down. Select it on the right side then use the up or down button to move it. There is also a delete if you wish to remove it.

Thanks for the response Steve, I didn't realize you had to double click on the items to see the options.
