CurrentDate Default Time Zone

CurrentDate Default Time Zone

For a "CurrentDate" service, what is the default time zone used?

I have an instance where:
  1. the time zone for the service is blank
  2. the time zone for the PresetDateTime I'm using is blank
  3. the user override timezone option for that same PresetDateTime is blank
  4. the tenant is set to EST (-5)
When the service runs though, the date/time seems to be in UTC. Is that correct, or should it be using the tenant time zone?
