Create in All Environments checkbox

Create in All Environments checkbox

This checkbox doesnt make sense when editing a user. it should be hidden if it doesnt do anything. Or does it mean that if you make any changes, they will be made in all environments? If so, its useful but needs to have the wording updated when editing

The "Create in all environments" checkbox has been hidden when editing a user as of DesignTime revision 2620.
