Defaults Should Be Same For Control Creation

If I manually create a label, the "User Name as Html Id" box is unchecked:

If I make it by dragging in a node from the Model tree, it is checked:

The defaults should be the same, the recommended option. I think that is to not have it selected (unless you plan to access it from a controller), is that right?
