GetEnvironment Service not available

for training we are creating a SendErrorEmail method that needs to to contain in the email body which environment the error occurred in. We looked for a GetEnvironmentProperties service, but it doesnt show. We can copy from another install that has it and paste in the canvas and that works.

Is this intentional? and if so, what is the recommendation for doing this feature?

GetContext service also would return the environment, I'll look into that
