Inquire Where Clause not Applying

There is an instance where the inquire service will not apply the Where clause to the query when being ran.
The circumstances include; Query to JDE, as querying the application works just fine.
This is on platform 1 in MVC.

The first screenshot shows the setup of the service. The service does not show anything for the keys.

When clicking into the Where section to she the setup of the Where clause the keys show up.

This issue has been resolved in the current version of EASYProcess.
