ECC : Load Share and Backup Server Concept

Unread post by SumanPrasad »

Currently there is only one ECC server per environment. In PD, it can become a single point of failure. Following design concept will allow multiple ECC servers to be setup in a load balancer or backup mode.
While setting up ECC connector, UI will allow you to add multiple servers using unique client id. Right now you can only setup one client id per environment.

Then while making ECC request, a load balancer / backup algorithm will pick an ECC server our of many as setup for a customer environment.
