Where Clause Not Editable

I have an Inquire which had keys in a xsl for each. With the Where Clause change the keys arent there anymore so they cant be edited. in the preview I can still see keys, but when clicking on where clause its empty

The keys still existed in the backend in case any issues arose from the upgrade. They are unused after the change.

I talked with Justin on this. the solution is to manually recreate the service. This is a one time effort only needed for services that need to be changed and were created before the where clause revision. This was done to remain backwards compatible for all existing apps
