Unexposable Services

In situations where a service cannot be exposed, the option is removed and never comes back until the page is refreshed.

Example

1. Starting with an exposable service

   

2. Then selecting an unexposable service

   

3. Removes the expose flag when going back to the exposable service

I have created task #10408. This post will be updated when it has been completed and released.

I talked with Justin on this. The issue we think is that if you click on a service that does not have that option, then go back to a service that should have it, there was no logic to bring it back.

But Justin tested in latest revision and this appears to be fixed
