Build Data not Updated in Different Languages

In an app on platform4, there seems to be an issue with build data in different languages. We made an update to a CreateServiceNode service in the data source of a WebPage including some changes to the address/phone/fax information. This worked in English but would still use the old build data in German. There is no translation involved in the data source. Here are logs for both English and German after the change:
The German version would only use the new build data if a Build All was performed from the Developer Workbench.
