Event UI Change/Fixes

Change:
- The Event Types "Web" and "Event" have been merged and now one event can map both in the same event. Previously you could only add all of the same type.
- New Controller/Event -> Controller/Event dropdown was not getting populated. It now will allowing you to add more than one controller/event
- When adding an event to a widget control you will now see the events and controllers that have been marked public that are in the widget along with the events and controllers from the parent.
