Idling login page issue

When navigating to the login page but leaving it idle for an extended period of time there is an issue where the page changes to such:

However the link of the page does not change.

There are also instances, when the page is left idle, that the login page is intact, however requires to login twice as the first login refreshes the page.
This forces the user to refresh the page to be able to access the login page.

I haven't come across this issue in a while, so it is no longer in issue.
