Hyperlink Opens Small Window
When opening form (MVC) from hyperlink, it now opens in small window where size cannot be adjusted. This started happening with upgrade.

Good Morning Kathy,
After reviewing the issue at hand I see the issue is that your hyperlink is using the old way for opening a modal window. We recently changed it and you can read about how it now works here.
I have gone ahead and converted your two DV instances in the application so they now should work and you should be able to adjust the size if needed.
