Service Properties Suggestion

The properties tab in the method canvas doesn't contain much that is useful and is completely useless when a service isn't selected.

Instead of a dedicated tab, could there instead be a small window that opens and closes depending on if a service is selected or not? Additionally, it would be nice if the individual properties were resized to fit as many of them as possible in the small space.
