Saving/Copying files to web server

I am not able to save files to the web server and I am also not able to copy files to the web server.

This is using the SaveHttpPostedFile and the CopyFile services.

After talking with Steve Cap, there may be some code missing to allow for this ability.

This issue has been resolved as of DesignTime Revision 2171 and RunTime Revision 867
